Megan serves as Of Counsel with the firm of Hamilton Faatz, PC. She received her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. Megan has practiced law in Denver, Colorado, for twenty years and is licensed to practice in Florida, Colorado, and the District of Columbia. Although she now resides primarily in Naples, Florida, Megan continues to actively serve Hamilton Faatz, PC clients through all forms of remote access.
Megan’s legal career began at Hamilton Faatz, PC in 1999, where she represented clients in litigation across various industries, including construction, water and land rights, and corporate and estate planning. This litigation background gives her a unique perspective in helping businesses mitigate operational risks. Since launching her own firm in 2018, Megan has continued to represent a wide range of businesses, from manufacturers to federal contractors, assisting them with contracts, leases, startups, strategic consultation, and international operations. As an estate planning attorney, Megan handles both the planning and probate aspects in Colorado and Florida. She is particularly passionate about encouraging women to protect their most important assets, including their children and financial resources, by collaborating with industry professionals like financial planners, insurance experts, and medical personnel.
